Rhubaba invites you to join us for an evening of reading and conversation in collaboration with Lavender Menace Queer Books Archive. The evening will feature contributions from members of our recent Writing Salon with author Lola Olufemi, and special guests to be announced.
Lola has been undertaking a writing residency with Rhubaba, supporting emerging writers of colour based in Scotland. Through sharing texts and personal experiences, the group have been supported to develop new bodies of work. The group will be invited to share extracts of their writing with us.
As part of the residency, we have collaborated with Lavender Menace Queer Books Archive, who will be in conversation with Lola Olufemi about their work and history.
Join us for an informal evening of sharing and conversation. Refreshments will be provided.
