4th May at 6:30 – 8.30 PM (BST) and 11th of May 2021 at 6:30 – 8:30 PM (BST).
Rhubaba is excited to present an opportunity for ten members of the public to take part in a two-part Oral Histories Training, in association with our Maud Sulter project and closed workshop series, Library of Frequencies. Presented on Zoom, the training aims to help participants to develop practical skills including the best practices for interviewing, developing questionnaires, coordinating copyright and permissions. It will deal with both the emergence and uses of oral history, with particular reference to voices and stories that are not always accessible to other historical approaches.
