An exhibition of painting and sculpture by Laurence Callaghan and Isabel Nolan.

Laurence Callaghan b. 1986, Surrey has been a Rhubaba studio member since 2009. He works with drawing and painting on a variety of surfaces, creating images on fabric, newsprint and in handmade books. To accompany the body of new work for Rhubaba, Callaghan has created a series of large-scale artists books.

Isabel Nolan b. 1974, Dublin, Ireland has exhibited widely in the UK and Europe, with recent solo-shows at Kerlin Gallery, Dublin and Goethe Institute, London. She represented Ireland at the 2005 Venice Biennale in a group exhibition, which was subsequently presented at the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, Cork. In this exhibition Nolan will show a sculpture entitled ‘Disorder is always increasing’ (2008).
